Online orders can not be exchanged at any Tuklas Outlet.
Washed, used or damaged garments would not be exchanged.
Products purchased on ‘SALE’ can only be exchanged in different sizes, depending on the size availability.
In case of a lost shipment, a customer must inform via email [support@p2sendoservices.com] with the complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be shipped again.
Returning items will be returned at the customer’s cost.
